springtime pick- me -ups for a small gathering we had last evening...wish i had some visuals of the fantastic bites we enjoyed.

LUC-LAC...sirloin tips with oyster sauce, fresh garlic oil + powder, a dash of vinegar + a pinch of sugar... mix together ...leave for about 3 hours & saute.
and of course
fresh spring rolls added to our gastronomic pleasure!
